Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Highland Village, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest experiences, and manage the restaurant team to deliver legendary service.

You will supervise management, oversee local marketing, ensure health and safety compliance, analyze P&L results, and foster staff development. This role offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of restaurant management experience, with prior GM experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and ensure P&L results meet targets.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
