Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and manage a team focused on exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee the management team, enforce labor and safety standards, and lead local marketing and community involvement. Compensation aligns with market rates for an urban restaurant GM in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience, including prior GM experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Lead community connection and fundraising activities for the restaurant.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
