Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings seeks a General Manager in Colorado to drive legendary guest experiences while steering local marketing and restaurant operations. You will oversee the management team, analyze P&L performance, and ensure compliance with safety, labor, and service standards.

The role emphasizes training, engagement, and community involvement. We value 4–5 years of management background, prior GM experience, and a passion for developing teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and monitor P&L results.
