Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants while partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

You will drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics, develop your team through training and coaching, and support operations with a focus on service excellence and consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

Salary: $63,000- $77,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
