Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Dublin, AL seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage finances and inventory, and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise crew, train staff, and ensure strong customer relations while being accountable for shift performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years leadership in food service, a high school diploma (post-secondary education a plus), and ServeSafe is a plus with strong references.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma; post high school education a plus.
• 1-2 years leadership experience in some capacity.
• 1-2 years experience in the food service business.
• ServeSafe Certification a plus.
• Strong references from people you’ve managed or who’ve managed you.

Responsibilities

• Crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift.

• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week.
