Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Petaluma, CA seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will oversee crew, scheduling, inventory, and customer relations while ensuring top service and safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in food service leadership, a high school diploma, and 18+ years old. ServeSafe certification is a plus. A quarterly bonus program is available to reward performance and drive growth within our established brand.
