Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is hiring a General Manager in San Francisco to lead daily operations and motivate the team across all restaurant roles. You will manage budgets, inventory, and guest experiences while ensuring smooth opening and closing shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership and food-service experience, high school diploma, ServeSafe certification a plus, and strong references. A quarterly bonus program rewards performance.

Responsibilities

• Financial and inventory management.
• Crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift.
• Customer relationship management.
• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week, 8:00am–4:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm.
