Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a General Manager in the United States to oversee financial and inventory management, crew assignment, training, and customer relations. The role requires leadership experience and a background in food service, with ServeSafe certification being a plus.

You will be responsible for full shift accountability, managing openings and closings, and ensuring smooth operations with strong team communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial and inventory management.
• Crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift.
• Customer relationship management.
• Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.
• Typically work both opening and closing shifts each week
• Morning shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Afternoon shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
