Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in San Jose is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor crew members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy, open kitchen environment.

The GM will own financials and inventory, assign and train staff, maintain customer relationships, and be fully accountable for shift execution, including opening and closing duties across the week. This role requires strong references and a ServSafe background.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma; some post high school education a plus
• 1–2 years leadership experience in some capacity
• 1–2 years experience in the food service business
• ServeSafe Certification a plus
• Strong references from people who have worked for you and whom you've worked for

• Morning and evening shifts; typical hours 8:00am–4:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm
