The Mexicano seeks a passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team in Scottsdale. You will drive guest satisfaction, control costs, and elevate service while modeling urgency and a high-energy culture.

You will manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach a large team, and ensure standards are met daily in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience managing teams of 40+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems.
• Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
