This is a flagship site known for its quality food, elevated service, and vibrant atmosphere—ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑end environments.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the overall operation, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role with strong presence on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a large FOH and management team
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and service flow
• Manage P&L, budgets, and cost control
• Recruit, train, and develop teams
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership
• Maintain compliance and operational standards
