Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a General Manager to oversee all facets of gym operations and revenue generation at our Boise location. The GM will lead a team, ensure excellent member experiences, and drive financial performance across clubs in the region.

The role offers full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, 401(k) with up to 4% company match, complimentary club membership, and product/service discounts. A strong leadership background in fitness or hospitality is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The General Manager (GM) maintains overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of gym operations and revenue generation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
• Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees
• Achieve a successful track record of personal production
• Successfully demonstrate leadership of effectively running production meetings
• Demonstrate understanding of the sales reporting and content in regard to affecting positive change in challenging performance areas
• Possess complete understanding of the GM position description and compensation plan
• Thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures
