Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a General Manager in Boise, Idaho to oversee gym operations and drive revenue growth within a fast-paced environment. This role leads staff, manages client experiences, and ensures adherence to company standards while promoting a premier fitness lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of facility operations per company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility operational, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of software programs used at the facility.
• Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees.
• Proven track record of personal production.
• Demonstrated leadership in running production meetings.
• Understanding of sales reporting and its impact on performance.
• Understanding of GM position description and compensation plan.
• Thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures.
