Villa Sport in Boise is seeking a Membership Sales Experience Manager to assist the General Manager with gym operations, member services, and maintaining club cleanliness while driving membership and sales goals.

The role also serves as the manager on duty when the GM is away, leading a team in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values fitness, family, and fun.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
• Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees.

Member Experience Manager is the manager on duty while the General Manager is not present.**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:*** Hourly rate of pay, based on relevant experience to the role.
