Job summary

Villa Sport seeks a Fitness Director to lead club fitness operations and implement protocols that enhance member experience at our Boise-area clubs. The role oversees staff development, policy adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain high standards of service and safety.

The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of fitness operations, and experience with facility systems and staff training.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in Fitness Department procedures
• Thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards
• Proficient in the use of all facility software and systems
• Ability to implement and enforce company policies
• Current nationally recognized certification in Personal Trainer/Fitness Trainer or Nutrition
• CPR Certification

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems
• - Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
• - Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies
• - If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the Personal Trainer or Fitness Trainer or Nutrition category
• - CPR Certification
