Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School in Atlanta, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer experience, and sales growth. This full-time role requires orchestrating staff, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while maintaining safety and quality in our swim schools.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team, promote a mission-driven culture, and invest in leaders for career growth within the expanding Aqua-Tots network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in operations, hospitality, education, aquatics, or retail.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Able to build teams, solve problems, and create positive experiences.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the school.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license, or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team – Recruit, coach, and inspire staff to deliver high-quality lessons in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
• Create Excellent Family Experiences – Ensure strong customer service, smooth scheduling, and solutions to any issues.
• Drive Sales & Growth – Manage sales goals, track leads, and engage families to grow the school.
• Maintain Facility Standards – Ensure the pool, lobby, and facility meet Aqua-Tots brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.
• Oversee Operations – Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure excellence across all areas of the school.

Pay : Starting at $50,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities
