Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking a General Manager for the Springboro, OH area. This full-time role requires leading daily operations, shaping a world-class family experience, and driving enrollment growth in a busy swim school environment.

You will manage staff, payroll, scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness while upholding Aqua-Tots brand standards. Flexible availability is essential to meet seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in operations, hospitality, education, or retail.
• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• CPR certified and CPO license (or willingness to obtain; training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high-quality swim lessons in a safe environment.
• Drive sales, track leads, and grow enrollment.
• Oversee operations, staffing, payroll, and budgets.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Team – Recruit, coach, and inspire staff to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

Create Excellent Family Experiences – Ensure strong customer service, smooth scheduling, and solutions to any issues.

Drive Sales & Growth – Manage sales goals, track leads, and engage families to grow the school.

Maintain Facility Standards – Ensure the pool, lobby, and facility meet Aqua-Tots brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance.

Oversee Operations – Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets while keeping operations running smoothly.

Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Operations Team to ensure excellence across all areas of the school.
