Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in Claims or Insurance required.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years in Claims or Insurance accepted.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve moderate to high-exposure commercial general liability claims from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal/external counsel, underwriters and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
