Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to support the Commercial General Liability team. The role blends litigation strategy with client service, requiring collaboration with counsel, risk professionals, and underwriters.

A hybrid schedule is available from multiple US office locations, including Addison, TX. You will manage moderate to high-exposure claims from start to finish, focusing on quality and efficiency while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice pathway with 3+ years in Claims or Insurance
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 2+ years in Claims or Insurance
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance AND regulatory license(s) must be obtained

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigated claims from start to finish with focus on quality, efficiency, and service
• Partner with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols
