Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist in Torrington, CT to manage the full patient experience from exam to care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with compensation up to 36% of collections.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Vaccination for Hepatitis B documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and other diagnostics.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
