42 North Dental in Torrington, CT, seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care across exams, treatment planning, and in-office specialties. The role covers the full patient experience from initial exam to care delivery, with opportunities for 2–5 days per week and compensation up to 36% of collections.

Eligible candidates hold a DMD or DDS, state licensure, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR. Benefit options include health insurance, 401K, CE access, and more.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
