Job summary

The Atlantic District in New Castle, PA is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent who puts people first, listening to stories and providing peace of mind through tailored coverage.

You will meet clients face-to-face, present personalized proposals, and maintain strong records while supporting community involvement and growth of the agency.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in insurance.
• Proficient with quoting software and CRMs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to policy documentation.
• Comfort with in-person consultations and community engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication; able to explain policy details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Consult with individuals and families in New Castle to assess protection needs.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals with value and security.
• Act as primary contact for client inquiries with attentive service.
• Participate in local community events to grow agency presence.
• Review existing policies to ensure coverage evolves with life changes.
