Ideal candidates have a proven record in agency leadership, a Pennsylvania life/health license, and the ability to coach and recruit top producers while maintaining strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health license required.
• Proven track record in independent agency management or sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Central Pennsylvania's insurance landscape.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and recruit high-performing sales producers.
• Excellent relationship-building with carriers and local business owners.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and data analytics.
