Job summary

The Atlantic District in Washington, PA is seeking an Elite Agent to help neighbors secure the right protection and peace of mind.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and community engagement, with training and a clear path to growing a personal practice within our established network.

You will manage a pipeline, present customized proposals, and collaborate with support staff to ensure accurate documentation and timely policy processing.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of direct insurance sales or similar client-facing role.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex insurance coverage to individuals and families.
• Experience using CRM to manage a sales pipeline and client records.
• Excellent time management skills and a focus on hitting goals independently.
• Familiarity with the Washington, PA area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage needs to ensure they have the protection they actually require.
• Proactively reach out to new prospects to introduce them to the comprehensive coverage options we provide.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals that help families and businesses feel secure.
• Maintain an organized and active pipeline of potential leads through community engagement and networking.
• Follow up with existing clients to offer support and ensure their insurance plans evolve as their life changes.
• Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure accurate documentation and policy processing.

• Familiarity with the Washington, PA area and community.
