Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Nurse Resource Navigator to provide comprehensive, personalized support and education on gene therapy to the Hemophilia B community across the East Coast region. You will serve as a trusted information source for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals throughout the patient journey, coordinating with field-based teams.

Qualifications

• BSN required with nursing license.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a hemophilia treatment center or related healthcare setting.
• Experience educating patients, families, healthcare professionals, office staff, nursing organizations, and community groups on genetic diseases.
• Ability to travel ~50% including evenings and weekends for advocacy events.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to support services education to patients, families/caregivers, healthcare professionals, nursing organizations, and advocacy groups.
• Act as a familiar point of contact for patients throughout their gene-therapy journey.
• Respond to patient inquiries to promote transparency and understanding of gene therapy.
