Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience and/or clinical experience in hearing loss space.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market to establish new diagnostic pathways, identify patients, generate demand, and expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Coordinate with Regeneron account team to support pull-through activity with accounts.
• Develop and complete integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights with cross-functional partners.
