Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist in Minneapolis to engage audiologists and ENT specialists across the patient journey for hearing loss therapies in collaboration with Regeneron.

The role emphasizes strategy, account profiling, and cross-functional coordination to expand market access. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, experience with key accounts and orphan/limited distribution drugs, and strong consultative selling, with CRM

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Proven experience with limited distribution or orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM documentation and account planning experience (e.g., Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts in the hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Lead coordination with Regeneron account team and support pull-through activities.
• Develop integrated Account Plans using customer and market insights.
• Build relationships with health care professionals and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners and prioritize activities.
