Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Gene Therapy Account Specialist to engage audiologists and ENT specialists, presenting clinically focused messaging that resonates and drives action. This role partners with Regeneron to deliver patient-focused solutions and expand market access in a fast-paced team.

The candidate should have a BA/BS, 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales, and strong account management experience, with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience.
• Experience with key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution or orphan drugs is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (overnight/weekend travel).

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market to expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Lead coordination of efforts with Regeneron account team and pull-through activity.
• Develop integrated Account Plans with cross-functional partners.
• Engage with designated healthcare professionals and facilitate access to decision-makers.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify opportunities.
