Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist to engage audiologists and ENT specialists along the patient journey, presenting clinically focused messages to drive action. Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution and/or orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal, selling, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Travel up to 60% with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Identify business opportunities and coordinate with Regeneron account team.
• Develop integrated Account Plans with cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with designated healthcare professionals and key partners.
• Lead local market analysis and gather insights with Regeneron partners.
