Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist to engage audiologists and ENT specialists, presenting clinically focused sales messaging and driving action. You will work with Regeneron in a fast-paced team to expand market share in an ultra-rare hearing loss program.

The role emphasizes strategy development, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to access decision makers and support patient needs, with significant travel and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales and/or clinical experience in hearing loss.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution and/or orphan drugs; gene therapy preferred.
• Proven success leading institutional centers or multi-call-point accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Account management experience in large group practices or IDNs.
• CRM documentation accuracy and timeliness (e.g., Veeva).
• Budget ownership for T&E, speaker programs and account resources.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in otoferlin-related hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Identify business opportunities and coordinate with Regeneron account team.
• Develop integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights.
• Establish relationships with account healthcare professionals and partners; facilitate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to find opportunities and prioritize activities.
