Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist to engage audiologists and ENT specialists along the patient journey. You will present clinically focused sales messaging to drive actions and align with Regeneron in a fast-paced, results-driven team.

The role requires 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or clinical experience in hearing loss, with experience in designated accounts and limited distribution or orphan drugs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience and/or extensive clinical experience in hearing loss space.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution specialty and/or orphan drugs; gene therapy experience encouraged.
• Success leading institutional centers or accounts with multiple call-points.
• Outstanding interpersonal, selling, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Account management experience in large group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• CRM documentation (e.g., Veeva) and budget/resource management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market to establish new diagnostic pathways, identify patients, generate demand, and expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Coordinate pull-through activity with Regeneron accounts and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and complete integrated Account Plans based on market insights.
• Establish relationships with designated health care professionals and partners; facilitate access to decision makers.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify opportunities and prioritize activities.
