Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist in Los Angeles to engage Audiologists and ENT specialists with clinically focused sales messaging.

You will develop strategies for key accounts, build trusted relationships, and coordinate with Regeneron to drive access and awareness in a rare hearing loss program. The role requires 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales or clinical experience in hearing loss, proven account management, and strong presentation and negotiation

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales or clinical hearing loss experience.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution/orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.
• Proven ability to lead multi-point accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, selling, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• CRM documentation experience (Veeva).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market to establish new diagnostic pathways, identify patients, generate demand, and expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, HCPs, etc.).
• Coordinate pull-through activity with Regeneron account team and support cross-functional efforts.
• Develop and complete integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights with Regeneron partners.
• Establish relationships with account health care professionals and key partners; facilitate access to decision makers and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify opportunities and align activities for the rare disease unit.
