Job summary

Syneos Health inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) in New York to engage audiologists and ENT specialists, presenting clinically focused messages and driving demand in an ultra-rare hearing loss program developed with Regeneron.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong account management experience, and proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to access key decision makers, while complying with all regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Experience working with designated key accounts and partners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and field-based programs.
• Strong interpersonal, selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics within designated accounts in the hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs).
• Coordinate with Regeneron account team for pull-through activities.
• Create integrated Account Plans with cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with health care professionals and key partners.
• Lead local market analysis and gather insights with Regeneron partners.
