Job summary

Syneos Health seekss a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage audiologists, ENT specialists, and other key accounts in the hearing loss space. You will develop strategy within designated accounts, craft account profiles, and coordinate with Regeneron teams to advance patient access.

This role requires a BA/BS and 7+ years pharma/biotech sales or clinical experience in hearing loss, with proven success in multi-point accounts and compliant CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years pharma/biotech sales or clinical experience in hearing loss.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy within key accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
• Coordinate with Regeneron account team for pull-through activities.
• Develop integrated Account Plans using customer insights.
