Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage audiologists and ENT specialists across the patient journey, delivering clinically focused messages that drive action. This role partners with Regeneron in a fast-paced, high-impact rare disease environment.

You will develop account strategies, manage profiles, coordinate pull-through, and lead market insights to expand access and opportunities while traveling up to 60%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Gene therapy experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts for hearing loss market.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs).
• Coordinate pull-through with Regeneron account team.
• Develop integrated Account Plans from customer and market insights.
• Engage with designated account decision-makers and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis and gather insights with Regeneron partners.
