Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to lead strategic engagement with audiologists and ENT specialists, driving diagnostic pathways and market share in otoferlin-related hearing loss. You will craft account profiles, coordinate with the Regeneron team, and develop integrated plans across matrix partners.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales or clinical exposure, experience with limited distribution drugs or gene therapy, and strong consultative

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales and/or clinical experience in hearing loss.
Experience with limited distribution and/or orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy and implement tactics within designated accounts to expand market share.
Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, etc.).
Coordinate with Regeneron account team for pull-through activities.
Develop integrated Account Plans from customer and market insights.
Build relationships with account HCPs and coordinate executive engagements.
