Syneos Health is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage audiologists and ENT specialists along the patient journey. This role partners with Regeneron to drive demand, establish diagnostic pathways, and expand market share in otoferlin-related hearing loss.

You will craft account profiles, develop integrated account plans, maintain CRM records, manage budgets including T&E and speaker programs, and travel up to 60% to designated accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience and/or extensive clinical experience in hearing loss space.
• Experience with designated key accounts and partners.
• Gene therapy experience encouraged.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.

Aufgaben

• Develop strategy and implement tactics within key designated accounts in the otoferlin-related hearing loss market to establish new diagnostic pathways, identify patients, generate demand, and expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, Target HCPs, HCPs, etc.).
• Lead coordination of effort with Regeneron account team and pull-through activities.
• Develop integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights across Regeneron partners.
• Establish relationships with account health care professionals and key partners; facilitate access to decision makers and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis to identify opportunities in partnership with Regeneron partners.
