Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Gene Therapy Account Specialist to engage Audiologists and ENT specialists, presenting clinically focused sales messaging and driving action across designated accounts. You will craft account plans, build relationships with key HCPs, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to expand market access.

The role requires 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, strong consultative selling, and ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience in hearing loss space.
• Direct experience with key accounts and partners.
• Experience with limited distribution or orphan drugs; gene therapy a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, selling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics within designated accounts to expand market share.
• Craft and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, HCPs, etc.).
• Coordinate with Regeneron account team for pull-through activities.
• Create integrated Account Plans based on customer and market insights.
• Engage key decision makers and coordinate executive engagements.
• Lead local market analysis and prioritize activities for the rare disease unit.
