Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage Audiologists and ENT specialists across patient journeys. You will present clinically focused sales messaging with integrity and drive to action, in partnership with Regeneron.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales, account management, and field leadership, with up to 60% travel. Base salary is $175,000–$185,000; commissions/bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years pharma/biotech sales or clinical experience in hearing loss.
• Proven ability to manage designated accounts and drive access.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and tactics in key accounts to expand market share.
• Create and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, HCPs, etc.).
• Lead pull-through activities with Regeneron account teams.
• Build integrated Account Plans based on customer insights.
• Forge relationships with decision makers and coordinate executive engagements.
• Conduct local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify gaps.
