Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Gene Therapy Account Specialist (GTAS) to engage audiologists and ENT specialists, developing strategies to grow market share in rare hearing loss therapies. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales, a BA/BS, experience with specialty or orphan drugs, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Experience with limited distribution or orphan drugs; gene therapy encouraged.
• Proven account management with large practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy within designated accounts to expand market share in hearing loss therapies.
• Build and maintain Account Profiles (KOLs, HCPs, and partners).
• Coordinate with Regeneron team to support pull-through activities.
• Create integrated Account Plans based on market insights.
• Engage with decision makers and coordinate executive engagements at target accounts.
• Lead local market analysis with Regeneron partners to identify opportunities.
