Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a GenAI Specialist SA to shape GTM strategies using Generative AI. You will advise customers on scalable architectures and drive adoption patterns for GenAI services across geographies.

You will collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and field teams to deliver reference architectures, white papers, and customer-ready enablement materials that accelerate GenAI adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology domains including software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 3+ years of technical consulting with programming skills in Java, Python, or .NET.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock our customers’ business challenges.
• Share best practices through forums, blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts.
