Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution blueprint and bridge client vision with technology execution across global delivery and sales teams. You will work across clouds and industries, shaping AI/Gen AI solutions, data architecture, and deployment plans, while aligning stakeholders through the deal lifecycle.

This role is based in California with Accenture's expansive resources and travel 10–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales.
• Minimum 2 years of GenAI & Agentic AI delivery or Presales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud ecosystems - Azure/AWS/Google.
• Minimum 1 year of AI-Led delivery, cross-functional and global environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate the business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents).
• Align technology components (e.g. LLM models, Vector DB, Graph DB, Agents, APIs) with business use cases.
• Prepare detailed ADM effort estimates and validate with AI & Data capability SMEs.
• Design optimal staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
