Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead the end-to-end solution blueprint and roadmap, bridging client vision and technology execution. You will translate business problems into technology solutions and align stakeholders across the deal lifecycle.

You’ll gain exposure to GenAI solution design, work across global delivery and sales teams, and coordinate across clouds and industries to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or Presales across Financial Services - Retail, Life Science, Telecom, Energy industries.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with cloud ecosystems - Azure/AWS/Google in delivery or presales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-Led delivery, working in a cross-functional and global environments, and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams (data ingestion to data consumption to AI/Agents).
• Align technology components with business use cases.
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with SMEs.
• Design staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix and pyramid structure.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend your solution in internal and external forums.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
