Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to lead end-to-end solution blueprints, bridging client vision and tech execution. You will translate business needs into AI/Gen AI architectures, align across geographies, and shape delivery across cloud platforms.

You will work with data & AI teams, cross-cloud delivery, and global sales, gaining exposure to emerging technologies like LLMs, AI/ML, and agents. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or presales across multiple industries.
• Minimum 3 years of GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• Minimum 8 years of cloud ecosystem experience (Azure/AWS/Google).
• Minimum 2 years working in cross-functional, global environments with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures from data ingestion to AI/Agents.
• Align tech components (LLMs, Vector/Graph DB, Agents, APIs) with use cases.
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with capability SMEs.
• Design staffing models for onshore/offshore/nearshore mix.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Act as the strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend the solution in internal/external forums.
• Transition the solution to delivery post-deal closure.
