Job summary

Genesys is seeking an AI Architect, Presales to shape how global enterprises apply AI to customer experience. You will guide the technical direction of strategic AI opportunities, connecting Genesys Cloud AI with enterprise data, workflows, and ecosystems.

You will lead solution architecture across self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation, working with LLMs, RAG, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing enterprise AI solutions with ML, NLP, LLMs, and orchestration patterns.
• Ability to defend tradeoffs across model selection, latency, cost, governance, and security.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms, RESTful APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
• Real-time enterprise solutions with attention to latency, reliability and scalability.
• Experience with prompt design, context management, and AI workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to deliver technical demonstrations connecting architecture to business value.
• Experience partnering with Sales for technical discovery and solution design.
• Executive communication to influence CIO/CTO stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-ready AI systems for customer use cases combining LLMs, workflows, tools, and handoffs.
• Design scalable RAG and knowledge architectures balancing latency, security and governance.
• Establish AI evaluation and observability frameworks tied to business outcomes.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data across channels.
• Drive presales engagements through discovery, demonstrations, sandbox work, and value assessments.
• Develop prototypes and production pilots with account teams to prove use cases.
