Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director in Austin to lead end-to-end solution blueprints. You will bridge client vision and technology, translating business needs into AI-enabled architectures across delivery teams.

You will work across geographies, shape engagement strategies, and develop staffing plans for onshore/offshore delivery while contributing to client proposals and contracting documents.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with AI & Data delivery or presales.
• 3+ years GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• 8+ years cloud ecosystems experience (Azure/AWS/Google).
• 2+ years cross-functional/global delivery with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical architecture (data, AI, Gen AI).
• Define end-to-end application architectures (data ingestion to AI/Agents).
• Align technology components with business use cases.
• Prepare ADM effort estimates with capability SMEs.
• Design staffing models for onshore/offshore mix.
• Create solution plan decks for sales/delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews across geographies.
• Transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal.
