Job summary

Accenture is seeking a GenAI Presales Solution Architect Associate Director to translate client needs into scalable AI-driven architectures. You will define diagrams, align LLMs and databases with use cases, and craft staffing plans for distributed delivery teams.

You will engage with sales and delivery leaders worldwide, prepare contracting documents, and present solutions in forums. Travel of 10–25% may be required as projects vary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience in AI & Data delivery or presales across multiple industries.
• Minimum 3 years of GenAI & Agentic AI projects delivery or presales.
• Minimum 8 years of cloud ecosystems experience (Azure/AWS/Google) in delivery or presales.
• Minimum 2 years in AI-led delivery with cross-functional, global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFP/RFIs and translate business needs into technical architecture (data engineering, data visualization, AI, Gen AI, Agents).
• Define end-to-end application architectures diagrams from data ingestion to AI/Agents.
• Align technology components with business use cases (LLMs, Vector DB, Graph DB, APIs).
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with AI & Data SMEs.
• Design staffing models based on onshore/offshore/nearshore mix.
• Build solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Engage in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
• Transition the solution to the delivery team post-deal closure.
• Travel may be required; 10% to 25% varies by business needs.
