Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains including cloud infrastructure and ML/AI.
• 3+ years building large-scale AI/ML infrastructure with GPU-based training and inference.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Startup customers on GenAI model training and inference on AWS.
• Advise on AI infrastructure requirements including GPU selection and cluster topology.
• Provide guidance on inference serving architectures and model optimization techniques.
• Guide distributed training strategies, framework selection, and data pipeline design.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize GPU and system performance.
• Explain model optimization techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, and distillation.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to define strategy and create technical content.
• Develop demos, reference architectures, and benchmarks for GenAI workloads.
• Coordinate with product teams to shape product vision and features.
• Engage with customers, partners, and the ML community to drive adoption.
