Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to join the GTM Startup team focused on Generative AI. You will design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure, helping startups and enterprises understand training and inference at scale on AWS.

You will guide customers on GPU/Trainium choices, cluster topology, EFA networking, and cost optimization, while delivering demos and technical content to accelerate adoption of AWS compute and ML platform services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology or cloud infrastructure domains.
• 3+ years designing large-scale AI/ML infrastructure with hands-on GPU compute.
• Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with Startup customers on GenAI model training and inference on AWS.
• Advise on AI infrastructure requirements, topology, and cost optimization.
• Provide guidance on inference serving architectures and training optimization.
• Develop demos, reference architectures, and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape product vision and customer voice.
