Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Go-To-Market Lead to join the Digital Technology & Innovation (DTI) organization. This hybrid role blends strategy with hands-on prototyping, coding, and rapid demonstrations of GenAI and agentic capabilities across the enterprise.

The candidate will drive GTM adoption, build demos and reference implementations, and lead workshops to translate AI capabilities into clear business value, working closely with business and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Artificial Intelligence experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• 3+ years in go-to-market leadership, technical product, solution engineering, or forward-deployed roles.
• Hands-on experience building with GenAI/LLMs and agent-based systems, including rapid prototyping and deployment.
• Strong programming skills and experience with modern development stacks and APIs.
• 3+ years on cloud platforms and containerization (GCP or Azure; Docker; Kubernetes/OpenShift).

Responsibilities

• Go-To-Market Leadership & Adoption: define and execute GTM strategies for enterprise AI capabilities.
• Drive adoption of APIs, agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and developer tools through enablement.
• Lead feature launches and platform rollouts, translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy GenAI and agentic solutions.
• Build hands-on demos, reference implementations, and rapid prototypes for real-world use cases.
• Lead workshops and sessions focused on LLMs, RAG architecture, and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable enablement assets (SDKs, playbooks, reusable components, prompt libraries).
• Improve developer experience and time-to-value by reducing tooling friction and improving docs.
• Translate problems into GenAI architectures, with patterns like RAG, multi-agent orchestration, memory frameworks.
